In this episode, Radio Royal York host, Melanie Coates, talks with Kolene Elliott, Film & Entertainment Sales Manager at The Fairmont Royal York, about what it takes to keep the stars happy during TIFF. Next she visits the giant “C” level kitchen to talk with Sous-Chef Babak Nasser about the menu he has planned for “Blue”, a star-studded gala organized by RBC in support of Lake Ontario Waterkeeper.

Melanie also talks with RBC‘s senior meeting planner Jennifer Dela-Cruz, who tells us how “Blue” came together and why this “green” party was one of the hottest ticket of this year’s TIFF. Our intrepid host also hits the bar at EPIC Restaurant for a lesson on how to prepare the hotel’s signature festival cocktail, the “Festival Buzz.”
